Are you passionate about youth empowerment and community building? Terry Community Tree is expanding our Community Outreach Program for youth ages 10–18 — and we’re hiring! Be part of an exciting team offering workshops in STEAM education, job readiness, podcasting, and culinary arts.

🔎 Open Positions & Requirements:

🔹 Program Director

Responsibilities: Lead program operations, manage staff, coordinate workshops, and oversee reporting.

Skills Needed:

   •    Leadership & team management

   •    Grant/program tracking

   •    Youth development experience

   •    Strong communication skills

🔹 Admin Clerk

Responsibilities: Manage scheduling, maintain documentation, support daily office operations.

Skills Needed:

   •    Clerical/administrative experience

   •    Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

   •    Detail-oriented

   •    Strong organizational & communication 

🔹 Youth Mentor 1

Responsibilities: Facilitate interactive workshops, mentor youth, assist with attendance tracking.

Skills Needed:

   •    Experience working with ages 10–24

   •    STEAM or job readiness instruction

   •    Patience, empathy, and leadership

   •    Youth engagement and support

🔹 Youth Mentor 2

Responsibilities: Support workshops and lead mentor, engage youth in daily activities.

Skills Needed:

   •    Passion for youth work

   •    Ability to assist with STEAM, podcast, or culinary sessions

   •    Strong interpersonal skills

   •    Reliable and team-oriented
